Why These Levers Multiply
Most businesses pull one lever at a time. They either invest in SEO and ads to get more traffic, or they hire a CRO agency to improve conversion rates. Both work independently. But when you pull both at the same time, the gains multiply, they don't just add.
Here's the simple math: if you increase conversion by 50% (say from 2% to 3%) you get 50% more leads from the same traffic. Good. Now if you also increase traffic by 50% (say from 10,000 to 15,000 visitors), you get 50% more visitors all converting at the higher rate. The combined effect is 1.5 × 1.5 = 2.25x — a 125% total increase, not 100%.

- Conversion rate lift: 30–80% improvement is normal when starting from an unoptimized site. Moving from 2% to 3–3.5% is very common.
- Traffic increase: 20–60% lift through SEO fixes, better ad targeting, and improved Quality Scores (which reduce CPC and increase impression share).
